This meatloaf is really, really, good. I have made it twice now, once with ground turkey breast and once w/just regular ground turkey (85/15). Both times were awesome. The second time was a little mushy, I'm thinking b/c of the extra fat. Each time I took the ketchup (or tomoato sauce ) and added brown sugar and barbecue to, and it is awesome. My husband ranted and raved about this, so it is now my regular meatloaf recipe. I use cheddar and cut it into smaller cubes. I also add finely chopped onions. YUMMMM......
