I make this for all sorts of family gatherings & most people can't get enough! Even using the lower-fat ingredients doesn't decrease the # of compliments!

Caesar Hot Artichoke Dip

This recipe is crazy good! That caesar gives a great tang, slightly different from all of the other artichoke dip recipes. Will definitely make again & again!

Delicious! I doubled the brandy & this was a huge hit among my girlfriends -- 2 of whom had lived in Spain for a year+. They said it was the best!

Cranberry Brandy Slush

I didn't have the frozen concentrates, so made this w/ brandy, cranberry, orange & lemonade juices + a splash of Fresca. YUM!!! You don't even taste the alcohol, but it packs a punch!

You *cannot* do greased waxed paper, per one of the reviews! Smoke everywhere!! However, those done on parchment were great. Recipe got great reviews from a 100% Italian relative of mine!
