Easy Meatloaf

This is the first time I have ever made meatloaf - and this was AWESOME! My whole family loved it!!! Thank you!!!! Followed recipe exactly - no subs needed!!! Loved it!

This was so yummy!! I had 5 portabello mushroom caps that I needed to do something with, and I found this recipe. It turned out amazing! The only thing I did differently was added a little worsheshire, used a beef bouillon (b/c that is all I had). Awesome!! Love it!

BBQ Chicken Salad

This salas was soooo good!!! I loved it!! I cooked it exactly like the recipe called for, but instead of sweet corn I used Shoepeg corn. AND, I had an avacado that was about to go bad so I cut it up and sprinkled a little garlic salt on it and just kind mixed it in with each bite, SO GOOD! I will make this over and over again! New summer Fav!
