Hey ya'll! I recently moved back to TX from Arkansas (which I miss dearly!) I am back living with my parents and brother...which is interesting to say the least! I LOOOOVE to cook, I find it very relaxing! My brother makes fun of me because he says if I cooked how I wanted to everyday, me and everyone I knew would be 300 pounds! I guess you could say I love "southern cookin'" I also love cooking spicy food...I am half hispanic and adopted into a non hispanic family so I guess it is my way of keep up with my roots! I love Thanksgiving, because we cook the same things every year...and my mom's entire family cooks the same stuff...it is all a "smith family tradition" and I love traditions :) Cookin' lamb...and cookin' it well was wonderful for me! The kitchen in general is a tragedy when I'm done with it!
