Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2011
I've tried a similar recipe before but the rice always came out soft and parts crunchy. I followed another review who said try it in the crockpot and it came out delicious. I used 1 1/2 cups of white rice. 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 package dry onion soup, 2 cups of water and 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast with rib meat. I put crockpot on low for 6 hours. The only thing I would recommend is to use a crockpot bag or maybe grease the bottom because the rice stuck and was really hard to scrub out of the pot.

Easy French Dip Sandwiches

Yummy! I used Au Jus from a packet then added the roast beef to the sauce to let it soak i up. I buttered and grilled the rolls. A big hit, even for my family who doesn't like french dips normally.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2010
I made this for a group of people and it was a hit. I only used 1 -8 oz package of cream cheese. Then I followed the rest of the recipe. I was going to add more sugar like others suggested, but after adding 2 cups, it tasted sweet enough for me.

Easy Ham and Cheese Appetizer Sandwiches

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2009
Very yummy! I actually had these at a party and then went searching for the recipe. One time I used dried onion and the other time I omitted it. I don't ended up using less Dijon mustard the second time. Both times I left overnight in the refrigerator and baked the next day. I used Hawaiian rolls. Very delicious!!

Southwestern Turkey Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2009
It tasted pretty good...but not sure if I like the turkey flavor. It tasted better the second day when the turkey absorbed the sauce. I also made a few versions of it since we had so much turkey. I used corn tortilla and enchilada sauce in one pan. I followed the recipe exactly in another. Then the last I used flour tortillas with enchilada sauce.

Came out yummy! I didn't have sage so I was missing that. I put less oregano because of comments.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: May 28, 2008
This recipe got emailed to me and so I decided to try it. I had a bunch of boneless pork chops in my freezer, so I decided to use those. I only had 1 can of beef broth on hand, and after reading the reviews wanted to make sure it didn't get dried out. So I decided to use a bottle of beer (like another reviewer had done) with the beef broth. I cooked it on low for 7 hours. It shredded very easily. I baked in a glass baking dish with a cover using Sweet Baby Rays. I put them on Hawaiian rolls that I grilled with a little margarine (IN-N-OUT style). I had seen them done like this as sliders at Ruby's Restaurant. Very delicious. Even my picky kids ate 3 of them!!

White Chicken Enchilada Slow-Cooker Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2007
This dish was a hit for the whole family. Even my picky daughter ate it. I did change the recipe a bit though. Since some people said the tortillas got too soggy I decided to bake it. I split the entire recipe except I used the entire amount of green chiles. If you like things spicier you may want to add something to spice it up. It is very mild (which I like) Also for the chicken I cooked them in a pan with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
