Parmesan Crusted Tilapia Fillets

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2012
Good. Easy... and relatively healthy. I did add lemon to it but then again, I add lemon to most fish. Will make again.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
This is excellent! I did read reader's comments and took them to heart. I would suggest a few changes as that I can see this being a little bland without them. Use beef stock and not water. Thicken with wine and flour, not water and flour. Wine... Uh.. more wine... (never too much wine! lol) I added garlic as well as some Worcestershire sauce. Also added peas and mushrooms as that I am a huge fan of mushroom. I did a lot of eyballing for my additions and some tasting here and there. My first beef stew and this is a WINNER!. Thanks!

Spaghetti Sauce II

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
This is pretty good... I think it needs a bit of adjusting but the base is good enough t make it into whatever you want it to be. I tend to like a lot of different kinds of red sauces. This is nice for when I want something more hearty.

Chicken Something

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2010
I did not care for this. Don't need the butter, not enough rice, needs longer to cook.

Cream of Asparagus Soup I

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2010
Very yummy and easy to make. I did make a change... basically, I used home made chicken stock and no bouillon but the rest, I kept the same. Yum!

Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2010
Is okay. I'm not a huge fan of Indian food but thought I would try it. It does taste as good as any I've had in the UK. It was easy to make and wasn't expensive. Very filling.

Absolutely fantastic! Best meatballs I have EVER eaten. The flavor is phenomenal! Followed recipie as is except for MORE hot sauce/chillies (as I am a chili junkie). This is a real keeper. Love it!

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2009
I guess I was hoping this would taste like pepper steak from the Chinese take out. It doesn't. It smells funny (to me). Ugh, will not be making again.

GREAT! Oh wow, I've made chicken noodle soup and chicken and dumplings by using this as a base. Extremely easy and versatile. I know this will be a staple in my repertoire for years to come!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
I thought it watery and like another reviewer said, the cream cheese clumped and didn't melt. Will try again but will do it with the sour cream instead and less liquidy.

Good, but needs a little less olive oil in my opinion.
