Ranch Burgers

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
Good burger. I added a little garlic powder and black pepper and it was the business after that. Many people asked about the burgers and wondered what I had used.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
This was good. I did make my own sauce because I love a sweet and spicy sauce but it was great with hoagie rolls. My husband really liked these. Good recipe.

Sweet Potato Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
OMG!!! I had never even heard of this recipe before but I couldn't get enough. It is so unbelievably good. I did add a touch more sugar(maybe a 1/4 cup) and I added cinnamon, nutmeg, and a few pats of butter to the sweet potato mixture. I baked the potatoes but I don't see why boiling them wouldn't work either. I also used just a regular store bought graham cracker crust just to save time and it was still crunchy and delicious with the cheesecake. You must try this recipe because it is wonderful!

Southwestern Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
These are a little time consuming with all of the ingrediants, but they are well worth the effort. I can't tell the difference between them and my favorite restaurant's. I did freeze the extras and I put them in the oven instead of frying them. I love mine with honey mustard so I made a home made honey mustard with mustard, honey, pepper, and mayonaise. I just did it all to taste. It also tastes like my favorite restaurant's. DELISH

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2009
I aboslutely love this cake. I have made it several times for my husband and myself, and more recently for my mother over the Christmas holidays. I always make the recipe with the exact same ingrediants only with mini chocolate chips though. It is a great way to have a piece of chocolate in every mouth-watering bite. I don't even need to add icing. I just dust it with powdered sugar and it contrasts beautifully with the dark chocolate color. Delish!

Better Than Best Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2008
It was very good, and I will definitely make again. But I did add my own spices as well to make it a little better. I can't help it I always do. But to others trying this even if you don't add other spices you will need to add more salt (I use Lawry's seasoning salt) because it doesn't have enough even with the soup mixture. But I will definitely make again. Thanks

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2007
This pound cake is the best I have ever had in my life. No kidding! I am baking one right now as I am typing this. I made one before for my husband's birthday and he absolutely loved it. The only thing that I change at all is that I use cake flour.Unbelieveable texture. I also add a teaspoon of lemon extract. The crunchy didn't go to well with some others people, but that is the best part. THANKS A BUNCH FOR THE RECIPE. Life time recipe for me now.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2007
I never really liked peanut butter cookies, but I decided to make them for my husband because he loves them. They were absolutely delicious. I added just a little more of both brown and white sugars for a touch more sweetness and they came out great. My one year old can't get enough either
