This recipe was a breeze to make. I made a pledge this year to do more quick & easy recipes using my crock pot. I'm no expert, but I made a few revisions to the recipe simply because I didn't have specific ingredients and I wasn't going back to the store. I started off by pouring Dales Steak Seasoning over the meat, which I use on all meat as a marinade. I rubbed McCormick’s steak rub and paprika into the meat. I used 2 cans of cream of chicken w/herbs soup, 2 cans of mushrooms drained, fresh garlic cloves because I love garlic, fresh thyme, dried rosemary. I let it cook all night on low. The following morning I added peeled rosemary potatoes and cooked on warm all day. I must say that I impressed myself. I can never seem to master making good gravy. Well, this dish takes the guesswork out because it makes it for you. Dish was served over rice.
