It's a keeper! To add to this wonderful cake I exchanged the oil for 3/4cup of oil and 1/4 cup of cinnamon apple sauce. After the caked cooled I added cinnamon cream filling. Which is made by 2 heaping teaspoons of flour and 1/2 cup of cream-cook over low heat until thick - cool, add to 1/2 - 2/3 sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 cup of crisco, beat until fluffy. I pipe the filling into the bottom of the cake. Frosted the cake with Italian Cream cinnamon cream cheese frosting. All I can say is wow!
