Sugarcoated Spanish Peanuts

These are easy to make and so good. I kept them on the stove for 25 min on med low and in the oven for 24 min. I used parchment paper while baking and cooling and had no problem with them sticking. Will make these again, maybe with some cinnamon added to it next time.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

My family loves this sloppy joe recipe. I get requests to make this on a weekly basis. I quadruple this recipe as I have two teenage boys who eat like it's their last meal on this earth. No more Manwich for us. Thank you for this fabulous, simple, and delicious recipe.

Cranberry Salad IV

I had cranberries I needed to use and came across this recipe. This recipe is so good. I did make a couple of changes. I used lite Cool Whip and a whole bag of mini marshmallows. It was so good. The next time I make it I am going to put in some chopped pecans. Went perfect in my Thanksgiving menu.

Honey Apple Butter Baked Beans

I made this with homemade apple butter and it was delicious. I'm not a fan of cayenne pepper but in this recipe it gave the beans a very nice kick. I plan on making this again.

Crustless Cranberry Pie

I love this recipe. It's super easy and the almond extract perfectly accents the cranberries. I did take another reviewers advice and put the cranberries in the greased pan and poured the batter over them. It came out perfect. I left out the walnuts because I am not a walnut fan but it tasted great without them.

Crescent Layer Bars

I made these exactly as written. They are super easy to make and pretty tasty too. The crescent dough bottom leaves you feeling like something is missing though. It wasn't bad but a shortbread crust would have been better.
