Spicy Italian Pork Cutlets

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2012
Yum! I made a little adjustment...I tossed the pork cutlets in some Italian bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese before searing them. And I used 4 Roma tomatoes instead of one large. Other than that I followed the recipe. It was delicious. I served it with sauteed potatoes, onions and peppers and Italian salad. Thanks!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2012
I think it was too thick. It was almost like creamed chicken that you would serve over rice instead of soup. Next time I will try to thin it out a little by adjusting the proportions of butter and flour used to make the roux. Maybe I'll even add some carrots and celery for color and taste.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2012
Great Salad! I made it for a big crowd and there was none left. I've made it twice and the first time I used bottled poppy seed dressing from Wegmans. That tasted ok, but the second time I made the dressing from the recipe and it was much better! I will make this again often. Thanks!

Great quiche! I added a few large mushrooms chopped fine with the onions and spinach and used shredded cheddar. My husband loved it and my nine year old did too! It's a keeper. Thanks!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2009
Yum! Great flavor. I followed the recipe ingredients exactly, but doubled the sauce so that I could have extra for basting. Will definitely make this again, Thanks!

Anne's Fabulous Grilled Salmon

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2009
Great recipe! Easy and tasty. I didn't have any shallots, so I used 1T chopped green onions. I also made the marinade for 3 pounds but had only 1 1/2 pounds salmon. Very moist. My husband liked it alot. Will make it again. Thanks!
