Banana Banana Bread
not sure if i did something wrong, but this did not turn out well for me. i found it needed almost double the cooking time...and was very dense and heavy. perhaps too much banana? i followed the recipe to the T...i will probably try it again and see if anything changes.

Mom's Ginger Snaps
I've made this recipe quite a few times now so I thought it was about time I reviewed it. These are delicious and I didn't change the recipe at all. I've had Ginger snaps that were either too crispy, or too chewy, or not "gingery" enough...but these come out perfect on all counts. Thanks Elaine, I'll be making these alot...especially since my husband LOVES them

Roasted Red Potato Salad
Since I'm not a "mushy potato salad" fan, I was looking forward to making this..especially since it has bacon (how can you lose). It was easy to make, but after following the recipe, I found it to be bland. Maybe I just prefer everything with kick..so I added some celery and celery salt, garlic seasoning and used green onions instead of regular onions. It was a big hit with my guests and one even said she normally hates all potato salad, but loved this one.
