Hot Pink Cranberry Sauce

I love this sauce on roasted pork tenderloin in addition to turkey and ham. It has the perfect amount of sweet and tart. Very good with just a spoon too!

Garlic Cheese Flatbread

I made this bread this afternoon and it was quite good. I added 2 cloves of minced garlic to the bread as well as a little Italian seasoning. I would have liked a more potent garlic flavor (garlic powder would have probably done that--just like the recipe said!). The bread was super easy to make, had a great texture, and we thought it was very yummy. I definitely will be making this bread again.

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

I didn't even have the correct ingredients and this was awesome! I was needing a quick dinner tonight and happened to think "alfredo". This was super easy and worked pretty well with skim milk (no cream at home). I did add garlic as the reviews suggested. Superb. I can't wait to try it with cream. It should be delicious.

Roasted Pork Loin

Generally, I don't like a lot of pork and I had never made any until last night. This recipe was so good, I think I may have changed my mind about pork! Using the suggestions of others, I made the paste, applied it to the loin, and let it marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours. When I baked the loin, I added the wine to the pan only because it was really lean and I thought it needed a little liquid. The finished product was moist, very flavorful, and delicious. My husband loved it! Last night, I thought there might be a little too much rosemary for me but I had some for lunch today and didn't notice the extra at all. Next time I might brown it first before putting it in to roast only because I like the look better. The taste was fabulous with out the browning. This is a wonderful recipe, very easy, and I felt great about serving it.

Ranch Dressing II

Very good flavor and super easy. This would be a great dip. I added a little milk to thin a bit to make a dressing.

Dill Pickles

I made these pickles at the beginning of this week and have been tempted to try them since. I finally gave in and they were awesome! Crunchy, garlicy, delicious. This was my very first time canning anything and the outcome was amazing. Thanks for the great recipe.
