Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2009
The chicken was moist, but overall nothing spectacular tasting. The taste of the slice of mozzarella and the minced garlic get lost in the chicken.Perhaps more cheese and more garlic might zip the recipe up a bit. Thanks for sharing

Ladies and Gents, This marinade not only gets 5 stars but an oscar as well. The longer it marinades the more fabulous the flavor. Thanks for sharing

Quick Chicken with Asparagus and Provolone

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2009
The flavor combination is terrific. But like others, I filet the breasts to absorb the chicken broth and added some white wine for even more flavor. Don't skimp by using canned asparagus, use fresh. A can cannot give you the same flavor, texture or appearance. Thanks for the recipe.

Baked Zucchini Chips

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2008
Sounded good, but overall I found the chips to be bland. Like the others who tried this recipe, the breading did not adhere well to the chips, even after spraying with oil and as one suggested adding a little of milk to the egg whites. The recipe needs more zip, and I think the baking allows for too much water to generate from the chips. Sorry. Thank You for Sharing

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2008
Simply said, absolutely delicious. The pork chops were sooo moist and all the flavors blended so well together. I added some mushrooms for some additional flavor. My husband said don't change a thing. Thanks for Sharing

I used this recipe for the meatball mixture for pasta. The meatballs were GREAT. Obviously I made smaller meatballs and froze the rest. Thanks for Sharing

Mustard Crusted Tilapia

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2008
Wonderful flavor. Like others I doubled the paste mixture and only had dijon mustard which gave it a nice mild flavor. Next time I will use the Spicy Brown mustard for that extra kick. Thanks for Sharing.

Doreen's Ham Slices on the Grill

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2008
Wonderful! Don't let the amount of horseradish scare you. Once mixed with the other ingredients and grilled, the taste is amazing, sweet with just a bit of a bite and the smell is equally good. I plan on using this same mixture with pork chops. Thank You for Sharing

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

Reviewed: May 28, 2008
Way toooo much butter. The lime with the chicken is good starter, but other than that it lacks a great deal of flavor. Sorry, but thanks for sharing.

Very Good Basic recipe and sure beats a can of Manwich. The nice thing about this recipe is you can add any additional items to give it more punch and even more flavor. Thanks for Sharing

Individual Baked Eggs

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
Easy and good. But do yourself a BIG FAVOR... Spray the inside of the muffin pans with Pam in addition to the butter at the bottom. I'm still soaking my muffin pan. Thanks for Sharing

Stuffed Chicken Valentino

Reviewed: May 20, 2008
I had to review this recipe again. Hands down delicious. The fresh chives is the key.... I made this with chicken tenderloins pounded and added some chicken broth and white wine at the bottom of the baking dish and baked no more than 15 min. A lot of prep, but the result is well worth it. Again, Thank you for sharing.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: May 14, 2008
The sauce was very good. The basting every 15 minutes is a critical step in this recipe as the end result is a beautiful honey brown color. I only had chicken breast with the bone, but I think you would get more of an intense flavor if you used boneless chicken breasts, if you are only a white meat eater. Thanks for Sharing

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 3, 2008
It just doesn't get any better than this. Sweet, Tangy and moist. But, there is always a but. The recipes reads one pound of meat for eight people. Apparently, this must be a typo that should be corrcted. Not unless eight people are eating one piece super thin. Thanks will make again. A definite keeper.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Reviewed: May 2, 2008
Very Good and very simple. I would adjust the herbs the next time for our own personal tastes. The linguini and the sauce alone would make a great side dish. Thanks for sharing.

Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2008
Very Good. I did not have cornmeal, so I used strickly Italain Breadcrumbs with some prefered spices and it came out moist and crispy. The egg whites are really the trick here. Don't substitute a whole egg. Put in the extra effort, it will be worth it. Thank You
