Ham and Noodle Casserole

Thank You for Sharing this recipe. All good cooks experiment. However, Everything about this was Bland. Regardless of the fact, I used fresh onion, from my garden and fresh mushrooms . This may be a good basic recipe but it lacks flavor.

Lemony Shrimp over Brown Rice

Quick and easy. The dish however lacks flavor. I did Increase garlic,lemon juice etc. but it still lacks a pop of flavor. A nice basic recipe and worth experimenting with. Thank You for Sharing.

Jimmy, Thank you for the great recipe. My husband Kept saying " jamm up good", as other GOOD cooks I tweaked it to our taste , rather than write a new recipe. Thank You for Sharing. This will be a keeper.

Slovak Easter Cheese (Cirak)

Just finished making my Easter cheese. A recipe that has been handed down for generations from my Slovak ancestors. My only variation is to add some water , and when that surfaces you know you are done. The eggs are to indicate a new beginning . Happy Easter

Oven Scrambled Eggs

Hands down ladies and gents, the only way to make Scrambled eggs. Put the skillet away. The eggs are super fluffy. I would however cut back a tad on the butter. This can be adjusted to any serving size. Thank you for sharing

Penne a la Vodka II

I have made this so many times and forgot to rate. Good, pretty presentation, and easy. I do add more fresh basil and parsley, white wine and just a tad of broth if I want the sauce a little thinner. Over some Fresh linguini, a salad and garlic bread.... YUMMY Thank You for Sharing

Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

The best corned beef and cabbage ever. The key is the beer, a good brand. I added an entire bottle of Corona, and the corned beef was super tender and the potatoes and cabbage seemed even better. Hands down, the only way to cook this delicious meal. Thank you for sharing.

Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms

Very good. The rosemary added the extra flavor. We prefer our asparagus to be roasted longer and the only change I would make is to add the mushrooms The last 5 to 10 minutes. Thank you for Sharing.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Perfect. I used Chicken Tenderloins, our choice. The great thing about this recipe, is more grated cheese to breadcrumbs. Used mozzarella cheese, which I had on hand/sauce and angel hair pasta. Perfecto....... Thank You for Sharing

Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Rollups

Very very good. However, I did add some wine with the mushrooms, as well as garlic, onions and parmesan cheese. To the roll ups I added, a can of mushroom soup, a little of heavy cream, because I had it on hand,( next time I would add some milk to make it thinner) and some more wine. Sprinkled with some fresh parsley for color. The sauce was fab and so was the chicken. I did however use chicken tenderloins and pounded them out a bit, just to absorb the great flavors. Sweet and Sour Smoked Sausage

Really enjoyed this and My Husband loved it. I did double the sweet and sour sauce. The whole key, as others had suggested is adding a can of diced pineapples with the juice. It adds a little bit of extra sweetness and provides more liquid for serving over rice. Quick, Easy and Tasty. Thank You for Sharing

Balsamic Chicken

Very Very Good. I doubled the sauce and used chicken tenderloins( My Preference). Served over some white rice mixed with mixed vegetables and a spinach salad. The sauce is wonderful and I am sure this can be used with pork. If you love Balsamic, this recipe is for you. Thank You for Sharing
