Lentil Soup II
I have made lentils a million ways and THIS is delicious and easy. I bought beef broth on accident and so when I came here put in "Beef Broth and Lentils" and this recipe came up. Boy, am I glad it did! Alterations to this recipe: No Italian Seasoning (not a fan), no tomato sauce (substituted 1 can of diced tomatoes), and cayenne pepper and some Ms Dash. Easy, easy - nothing else. A little parmesean when served. Easy and delicious on a COLD January night! Thank you!

Mulligatawny Soup I
Husband LOVED this. I used a Costco chicken for the breast meat. I also doubled it so we had leftovers. It's hearty and good on a winter's day. It is even better for left overs. I left the celery out and didnt notice it. It's definitely something unique and out there. I didnt love it as compared to Mulligatawny soup I have had in Indian restaurants, but my husband gave it a perfect 10!!!

Pumpkin Black Bean Soup
This is a great recipe. I used red wine vinegar and added cayenne pepper (1/4 teaspoon). I also garnished with cheddar cheese. Great on a November night! Never tasted the pumpkin (and at least doubled it!). Thank you!
