Parmesan Garlic Rolls
They were so easy to make! I doubled the garlic powder and forgot to add parmesan, but they still tasted amazing with butter. I also added some chia seeds.

Golden Sweet Cornbread
Instead of vegetable oil, I used butter and I baked at 375 for 15 minutes and made 3 dozen mini muffins. I think I should've taken them out at 13 minutes since some of them browned on the bottom. I also added a little over 1/2 cup of sugar and it tasted plenty sweet. It taste pretty good, but will taste better with butter. Next time, I will try using a little less baking powder since I am tasting a little bit of it.

Buttery Soft Pretzels
I had been craving soft pretzels and after having success making bread using yeast, I had a lot of confidence so decided to go for this recipe. I ended up using 4 cups of flour and added 3 TSP of water because the dough was dry, but figured it will all work out. Instead of vegetable oil, I used coconut oil and used coconut oil to grease the pan. I ended up putting too much of it and it was everywhere...all over the dough, too. I made pretzel sticks since that was easier and my dough wasn't really staying put with so much oil on it. I baked at 400 degrees and 8 minutes was too short. I probably baked 5 minutes longer and then dipped it in butter and added a little sea salt and it tasted really delicious.
