Caramel Butter Pecan Bars

They are easy to make, but not worthy of 5 starts. I made them exactly as stated with the exception of using foil in the pan for easy removal.

Rainbow Cookies

After reading the reviews I used almond filling instead of paste and added 1 tsp of almond extract. Mixed chocolate with cream and butter. We love them and they look fantastic! Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

So easy to make and my family loved them. I added fresh avocado and shredded cheese in the taco. 3 chipotle peppers was a perfect amount of spice for us. Don't leave out the lime juice!

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

I used chocolate fudge topping, and put the cool whip on top of it. I also needed 24 ice cream sandwiches to make a double layer in a 9x13 pan. This is very easy to make, a great project with your kids. It tastes wonderful too!

Easy to make. I did put my buttered popover pans in the oven before filling. They looked and tasted great. Mine cooked faster than recipe suggests. 450 for 20 min. then 375 for 10. I will make this again!

Followed the directions, but my sauce never got thick. It was good, but you can do the same thing with a bottle of Lawry's Teriyaki marinade.

I double the cream cheese. I also pour the melted butter on the top crust and then sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon for a crisp crust.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
