Refried Beans Without the Refry

My husband and I thought this had the best flavor. I used a whole jalapeno pepper since we like it hot, but even using that it wasn't to much heat. Will definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe!!

Peanut Candy Bar Cake

My family really liked this recipe, the second time I made it I melted some milk chocolate bars and drizzled over the top when it was done baking. This is a keeper!

Baked Ham

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing

I love this dressing, I added diced onions to it. I also used fat-free sour cream and light mayo. It still tasted great only problem was it was to thin this way. If someone has an idea to thicken it with lowfat ingredients let me know. Will make again and again.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

My husband and I really liked the flavor. I didn't use ginger,but added alittle liquid smoke,dry mustard and worcheshire sauce. Used seasoned bread crumbs. And used the sauce on baked potatoes. Will surely make again.
