AWESOME and EASY!! My husband LOVES Cracker Barrels and he said it was better than theirs! The only addition I made was to add a little honey to the mixture. YUMMY! Thanks for sharing!

Turkey in a Bag

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2011
Made this for Thanksgiving with a 21 pound Turkey. I actually over cooked it and burnt the skin (due to a broken thermometer) and it was still juicy and yummy! My grandfather who hardly ever comments on food said it was the best he'd ever had! I added butter under the skin prior to cooking it. I also added butter, celery, onion, and apples on the inside. Thanks for a great recipe!

Apple Graham Dessert

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2010
I have to admit, at first the sound of these together was not too appealing. Regardless, I gave it a! What a easy yummy, somewhat healthy snack! I doubled the receipe making them side by side like a cake. I had no nuts so I omitted them. My kids loved it! They are 12 and 7. My 7 year old kept asking for more. My husband tried a piece and said it was good but couldn't get the image of it being from soggy graham crackers so he didn't eat much. I loved it as well. It tasted like pumkin pie without the trouble or expense. Thanks for sharing! This will now be a regular dessert or snack in our family. :)

Slow Cooker Tender and Yummy Round Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2009
I listened to some of the other reviews about it being bland. With that in mind, I added some seasoning to the steak and used roasted garlic cream of mushroom instead of the plain cream of mushroom soup. I am not crazy over onions although I like the flavor so I left out the onion and just added the onion soup mix. I also used baby carrots and left a little skin on the potatoes. The steak turned out wonderful! It was not bland at all! Thanks for sharing this receipe!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
I made this for my family at my grandfather's Birthday. As previously stated I added a little sauce on the bottom of the pan. I also added some garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper, and Basil to the Sauce mixture. VERY GOOD! I doubled the receipe and made two dishes since I was cookin for alot. They all had seconds and even took some home! We all thought the sour cream added a nice zest to the dish! Will be making this again! Thanks!
