Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2008
This is fantastic and super easy. I followed another reviewers suggestion about letting the pie sit in the oven to slowly cool down before removing it to the counter.

Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2008
I grew up on the canned sauce and will never go back to it! There is no comparison. This is fantastic and incredibly fast and easy. I made it the night before and chilled it in the refrigerator, tasted wonderful Thanksgiving day. thanks for sharing this!!!

Cornell Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2003
This is a wonderful marinade that leaves the grilled chicken moist and so very tasty. I've marinaded it for different lengths of time and I think that marinading your chicken first thing in the morning of the day your grilling taste best. Otherwise, younger children may not care for the vinegar. But doing it first thing in the morning is the perfect marinade for my family. Thanks for sharing this one!!

Chicken Savoy

Reviewed: May 14, 2003
This is a meal worthy to serve to guests! If your looking for a new chicken recipe, this is certainly a worthy one to try. The chicken is moist and so flavorful, even my three year old loved it. The spices blend so well together, but they don't overpower the chicken and the cheese (I used what I had in the fridge, parmesan) added a wonderful touch. The chicken came out of the oven looking beautiful. My family of 6 all agrees that this is a keeper and I will certainly make when we have guest for dinner, and on our regular 'chicken' nights! Also, a big plus is how easy it is to prepare this meal. A lot of other chicken recipes take a lot of preparations and even require over night marinade, but this doesn't. And you probablly have all the ingredients on hand already. I served with rice pilaf and fresh green beans.

Banana Pancakes I

These were a great alternative to the traditonal pancakes, even the blueberry ones I make. Everyone enjoyed these...you may like it without the syrup too!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2002
This was the best chicken pot pie recipe I've found. It was delicious. The next time, I'll double the recipe to make 2 deep dish pies. Everyone had seconds...and thirds! Thanks for sharing.

Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2002
I don't give out 5 stars easily, hardly ever, but I'd give this recipe 10 if I could! I didn't think I'd care for the sage, but all the herbs blend so well, and finishing the cooking in the beef broth really keeps these chops juicy. Everyone loved these and wanted more. Double the recipe so you can all have seconds...you won't regret it!

Chicken Tetrazzini for a Crowd

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2002
I was a little disapointed since it got rave reviews from other cooks. Perhaps I needed to add more than the recommended amount of soup...I don't know, just not a favorite.

Artichoke and Black Olive Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2002
I normally love artichokes and black olives, but this recipe was lacking something...not sure what. I think using an entire can of black olives is too much. Perhaps only half and sliced would be better. The artichokes taste wonderful with the chicken, but this recipe wasn't as great as I was expecting.

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2002
Extremely easy and delicious. Smells wonderful while cooking. Using fresh rosemary is a must, otherwise you'll have hard grass like pieces in your food. Thanks!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: May 21, 2002
Absolutely AWESOME! Everyone loved the shrimp, my only regret is that I didn't make more. The cayenne pepper adds just the right kick...not too much, it's just right! Thanks for sharing.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2002
We loved the brown sugar on the bottom, however, felt the meatloaf itself needs a little more seasoning...I'm not sure what though. It was enjoyable and great on sandwiches the next day. My kids and husband ate it all up. Thanks for the recipe.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2001
This is a great recipe. I've made it twice. Once, with the sour cream and second with ricotta cheese. I prefer the ricotta instead of the sour cream. Also, next time I think I'll use sweet Italian sausage instead of beef. My family loved it and is real easy to make. Thanks for sharing!!!

Bruschetta al Pomodoro

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2001
My husband and I went to Italy for our honeymoon. Bruschetta was one of our favorite appetizers. One thing that I would omit doing is broiling the tomatoes once on the bread. I like the tomatoes uncooked, the way we had it in Italy.
