Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2013
I enjoyed this soup very much. The only SLIGHT change I made was adding carrots and I used milk instead of cream. I have no doubt it would have been great if prepared exactly as written. This was an excellent fine and definitely a keeper! Thanks!

Chicken Breasts with Herb Basting Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2009
Very good! I added lemon juice, potatoes and had no parsley but it was a great dinner. Had to cook a little longer because of the potatoes but the chicken was still very moist and yummy.

Jiffy Jambalaya

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2013
One of my favorites! I've made this several times. I did make minor changes only because its what I had on hand but it has now become the way I make it every time. I used Conecuh Smoked Cajun Sausage and Great Value brand Fire Roasted Tex Mex Style Diced tomatoes. NO hot sauce needed when using these 2 items. Glad I found this recipe! Thanks for sharing Carolyn!

Grilled Onions

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2008
I was looking for something simple to add to my grilled dinner and decided to try this one. I didn't have any bouillon cubes so I put a glove of garlic into each onion instead. It turned out wonderful! I will definitely try this with the bouillon next time and maybe the garlic also. So easy and so delicious!

Very good and easy to make. I doubled the sauce and I did dredge chicken in flour with a little corn starch added. It thicken up perfectly! I added steamed broccoli, carrots, onion and red and yellow peppers and served it over couscous. It was great!! Next time I'll make more sauce!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2007
These are GREAT and pretty simple to make. I have used cheddar cheese also and it is really good. I found, also, that 1/2 a slice of bacon is plenty per pepper and cooking in the oven is much easier.
