Barbequed Cabbage

This is very good... but I must admit I added 1 strip of bacon and only sprinkled the soy sauce over the cabbage before sealing the packet... (maybe a teaspoon per packet)... cooked them in the oven at 350 for approx 40 minutes.. AND YUMMY!!!

Creamed Cabbage

I followed the recipe except I only used 1/2 a head of cabbage but followed everything else exact..... WOW! This is impressive! I was looking for something different and I'm GLAD I chose this. It's def a keeper!! Thanks jessann5!!

Homemade Refrigerator Pickles

WOW!! Addictive is an under-statement! Followed the recipe exact the first time and they were GREAT! 2nd time added red bell peppers, dill weed, 2 cloves of garlic and crushed red pepper.... Both ways were EXCELLENT!!

VERY GOOD! I've never tried using milk until now! I love it! In my 2nd one I added alittle extra Kahlua ONLY because I love that extra flavor. Follow it exactly and it is GREAT! Thanks!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Very good and easy to make. I doubled the sauce and I did dredge chicken in flour with a little corn starch added. It thicken up perfectly! I added steamed broccoli, carrots, onion and red and yellow peppers and served it over couscous. It was great!! Next time I'll make more sauce!

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

This is good! I doubled the sauce and used fresh vegetables. The smell is not that pleasent but it taste pretty good. I was hoping for something sweet, which its not, but still good.

Honey Ginger Shrimp

This was really good but too spicy. I like spicy food but not when it overpowers the taste. I doubled the honey but next time I will reduce the red peppers and add even more honey and ginger. This is very quick and goes great with vermicelli. I think everyone's taste buds are different but most will enjoy this one. Thanks everyone, up to me, for the different ways to try it. I will be making this often!

Chicken Breasts With Herb Basting Sauce

Very good! I added lemon juice, potatoes and had no parsley but it was a great dinner. Had to cook a little longer because of the potatoes but the chicken was still very moist and yummy.

Pumpkin Squares

These are very dood. More like a cake than bars but still a great dessert. I had to cook them 15 to 20 minutes longer like a few others said, and I added the cream cheese icing and really enjoyed them.

This is very good! I added ginger, black pepper and a dash of garlic powder mainly because I was out of curry. I will make it again after I replenish my supply of curry. It's a keeper!!

Grilled Onions

I was looking for something simple to add to my grilled dinner and decided to try this one. I didn't have any bouillon cubes so I put a glove of garlic into each onion instead. It turned out wonderful! I will definitely try this with the bouillon next time and maybe the garlic also. So easy and so delicious!
