Gratitude and Grasshopper Pie

Tasted good. The cookie crust was way too thick. Maybe use half next time. Also, the filling separated some. Don't whip the whip cream too stiff next time. Keep it loose.

Tasty tasty! Made just as written but ended up adding about a cup more milk. I'd scald twice the called for milk and then add it slowly until the right consistency.

Cheese BLINTZE CASSEROLE

MMMM! I used 1/3 cup of sugar in the filling as the directions suggested and added 1 teaspoon of baking powder. I recommend pouring in a layer of the egg batter and baking for 20 minutes, pour in the filling, bake for 20 and then pour over the second half of the egg batter and bake until done.

Very Good! Cooked 4 minutes on high on the Forman grill. Maybe only do 3 next time. Used a homemade blue cheese dressing and franks buffalo sauce.
