So good, and so easy! We just stirred in the chocolate chips at the end. Everyone loved it!

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

Very good. Like others, I used applesauce for portion of oil (i used 1/2 C applesauce and 1/2 C oil - think I could even cut down the oil more next time).

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2012
I don't think it was sweet enough and think there was too much soy sauce. Next time, I'll add more brown sugar and less soy, and turn the chicken down for a few minutes before adding the sauce (it only took a minute or two to reduce vs. 10 minutes per recipe).

Spaghetti Pie II

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2012
I loved this (had it as a kid). Made exactly per recipe which was great. Next time though I think I'll cut the butter in half, and add a little salt to the noodles.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2012
I LOVED this! Used apricot preserves, only 1/3 of sugar called for, added pineapple and two kinds of apple (fuji and per recipe), and used Stacey's cinnamon pita chips. The apples didn't brown.

Used only half the wine and used chicken broth for the other half of liquid. Very good.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2012
I used very lean ground beef and just a tablespoon or two of brown sugar and cooked it much longer than suggested (probably 90 minutes). It was great!

Chicken Wild Rice Soup I

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2011
Loved it! The only thing I didn't like was the almonds, because they stayed hard, and I kept thinking the rice wasn't done. Also, I wish the celery had softened up more, so I will precook that a bit next time.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2011
Think it will be better next time but a great start. It was too thick, and I didn't even use all the flour. Next time I will cut back on flour. I used fat free half and half and it was very creamy.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2010
Yum! Made them exactly to the recipe. Next time, I used 1/2 butter and 1/2 applesauce and they were still good. Using this ratio and making 12 muffins vs. 10 makes these about 200 calories each - not bad!

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
This was great. I added half a bar of cream cheese also at others' suggestion. On top, I sprinkled some of the romano, parmesan and mozzerella cheese. Took longer to bake then expected. Made it up during the day, then set out an hour before baking...

Pretzel Turtles

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
Yum - everyone asked how these were made. I put pecans on at same time as chocolates (Dove caramels) and used square pretzels. Drizzled semi-sweet melted chocolate over them once they cooled (put in ziplock and cut off tip).

Everything in my kitchen needed to make this - which was great! Everyone in my family loved it. I think I may exchange chicken broth for the beer next time. Great soup.

This was very good and easy, even though I had a hard time getting it to thicken up, flavor was still good. I added a bit of nutmeg.
