Creamy Rice Pudding
Used almond milk and added a dash of hazelnut coffee creamer....soooo yummy!

Smoky Potato Cheese Soup
Added garlic. Tasty, but not terribly special. Needed something more...not sure what. Will make again and experiment a bit.

Modenese Pork Chops
Used 1 cupsweet white wine, and 1 Tbls finely chopped fresh rosemary. Added a little bit of flour after removing chops to thicken sauce slightly.
