Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I can't believe I'm going to say this but the resulting cookie was too soft! I'll be going back to regular dough without the pudding mix. We made a batch of dough and then kept it in the fridge to make cookies as we want them.

Indian Style Basmati Rice
This rice was great! Be careful when you are saute the onions... if you wait until they are golden, then try to toast the rice, you end up with onions that are near black. Add the rice a little earlier, so it's all done at the same time.

Definitely use a spritzer bottle for the melted butter, it cuts down on the time. It made the assembly easy and effortless! Also, up the sugar mixture to half more than what the recipe says. Lastly, use a *serrated* knife to cut through the pastry. Clean cuts are the key to making the ultimate outcome pretty. Save about 4 tablespoons for after you drizzle the sugar mixture and then sprinkle them on top. Also, toast all the nut prior, for extra deliciousness.
