I love this recipe! I usually use a whole rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and adjust ingredients accordingly (minus celery bc I'm not that fond of it). This chicken salad is good alone or in a sandwich. Something about the basil and smoky-ness of the chicken is soooo good! I've shared this with other people, and everyone agrees that this is a winner! I will continue to make this over and over again!

Artichoke and Sun-dried Tomato Chicken

I have made this dish several times and we really enjoy it. It is super easy to make and I usually only tweak it a bit. It's also good with pasta!

Southwest Stew

This soup was super easy to make and very good! I added an extra can of rotel tomatoes to spice it up a little more for my husband, but followed the recipe exactly other than that. I will make this stew again!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Field Grade Spaghetti Sauce

The cinnamon and allspice were questionable when reviewing the recipe, but added something different to the sauce. On a side note, it makes a lot of sauce so we ate spaghetti for several days! I have made this over and over again, as my husband and I both really like it!

The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

I didn't use all of the milk recommended, but it was very juicy as a finished product. Followed the rest of the recipe exaclty and it turned out to be very tasty. I will make this meatloaf again very soon!
