Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

These were very good! I actually thought that they were a bit dry, so next time, I may add a little bit of liquid of some sort. But they held together very well. Good recipe!

Crispy Turnip 'Fries'

These were really good. I sliced them very thin. They weren't exactly crispy, but they weren't soggy. I used smoked paprika instead of regular. We will definitely make them again when we get turnips in our CSA.

Goat Cheese and Arugula over Penne

We loved this! Next time, we would try with sun dried tomatoes instead, but overall, it was a fantastic flavor. The goat cheese and arugala work so well together.
