This was really good, I added some fresh mushrooms because I needed to use them up. I found it to be a bit bland and ended up adding salt at the dinner table. But for leftovers it was great after sitting all night in the fridge.

Grilled Peanut Chicken

This chicken recipe was great. The flavor was delicious! Like others have said, the sauce is very thick so I added more soy sauce and lemon juice to thin it out. Don't let that stop you from trying it, it is very good.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

WOW! This was sooo good. I followed the recipe exactly. The ginger added a nice flavor. My husband told me to throw out the old meatloaf recipe and use this one from now on (the old one was his mothers)!
