I love to BAKE especially for my family!! Baking is one of my favorite things to do! Coming from a large family, I have no problem finding a taste tester to try one of my concoctions. As a Floridian living around the world from Russia to Australia, I have tried several food cuisines. I have very much enjoyed trying the wonderful and inspiring recipes from All Recipes. I enjoy baking cheesecakes, carrot cakes, cookies, truffles, fudge, brownies, and slices (bars). One of my favorite family traditions is to have chocolate fondue on New Year’s Eve. The fondue pots filled with white and milk chocolate create a special bonding time for the whole family! My friends enjoy my creamy cheesecake. It's one of my favorite and most time consuming desserts. It is cooked to perfection in a water bath. Hours roll by before we actually indulge. I love to bake, but I’m not very good at cooking. Not knowing any better, I tried boiling carrots without putting any liquid in the pan. It made a mess in the pan.
