Salsa Chicken

So easy & so tasty. The whole family liked this, even my 4 yr. old grandson. I didn't "tweak" the recipe at all... it's great just like it is. The sour cream is a great topping!

Sage Pork Chops

These were delicious! I had a lot of the juice left over, so I thickeed with a little corn starch. It made enough for all he chops. The chops were very tender & tasty.Will definately make gain.
