I had no idea to make mac-n-cheese until I got married 7yrs ago. Since then I realized I have a real knack for creating my own recipes & improving on those I have made in past. I love extremely SPICY foods and one day will enter a pepper eating contest! My husband and I have attended several hot sauce festivals and have yet to find one that blows my mind. I am a crisis counselor and am a first year graduate student. I love psychology and science and I feel I have a natural talent for cooking because recipes are essentually formulas!
