Grandma VanDoren's White Bread

This bread is just wonderful. I don't like using white sugar in my bread so I substituted with honey. I made 2 loaves and a pan of rolls. I've baked a lot of bread but never with a texture so nice. Thank you for the recipe!

Potato Pizza Casserole

My whole family loved this. It smelled amazing as it was cooking, too. I used frozen coin-cut potatoes on the bottom, and didn't have cream of cheddar soup, so used low-fat cream of mushroom. It was super delicious.

Honey-Ginger Grilled Salmon

This was a GREAT recipe! I needed a quick and easy salmon dish for dinner and this one was ready in a flash. I had all the ingredients on hand and cooked them on my indoor grill. It turned out great. Even my sister who doesn't like salmon loved it. Thanks for this one! I'll never make salmon any other way ;)

Asparagus Chicken Divan

Delicious. I left out the nutmeg because my family doesn't care for the flavor, and served it with caesar salad. It tastes exactly like the same thing in a restaurant. Thanks for the recipe!
