Chicken In Basil Cream

Wow, this was wonderful and relatively easy and quick for a weeknight dinner! Definitely take other advice of others and and double the sauce. I did season the chicken, and I served with rice.

Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella

Wow, I loved this! I marinated the chicken for 24 hours. It was so tender and tasty. I shredded the mozarella as some reviewers suggested, and also chopped the basil. Broiled it just long enough to get the cheese gooey. Definitely a winner! Quick, easy and delish.

Whoopie Pies VIII

Byrdhouse Marinated Tomatoes and Mushrooms

This is a great, light summer salad! A nice alternative to a Caprese salad. I used steak mushrooms which were very meaty. I think next time, I might cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Fresh basil and good balsamic is the key.

Joy's Prizewinning Trifle

This was extremely tasty and bonus points for how easy it was putting it together. I added blueberries, along with the suggested fruit. My friends said it tasted like a banana split. I definitely think the crushed pineapple is a must. Thanks for sharing.

Balsamic Chicken and Pasta

This was tasty. I used thin chicken breasts so I just cooked them in the pan and didn't transfer them to the oven. Definitely add fresh basil as this compliments the balsamic. Bon Appetit

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

I made this pie for my brother-in-law who just adores coconut cream pie. He very much enjoyed the pie. However, we both agreed that a little bit more coconut flavor was needed. Perhaps the coconut extract that many of the reviews suggested will do the trick.

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

Excellent peanut butter cookie recipe. I added some chocolate chips to the last half of the batter for a little variety, and my family really enjoyed. I also had some left over melted chocolate, and dipped half of the baked cookies into the melted chocolate. Made for a pretty presentation and tasted yummy. Thanks for sharing.

Scotch Eggs

Thanks for the delicious recipe. These are a great idea for breakfast, brunch or even dinner. Since I had maple sausage on hand, I used that and omitted the Worstershire sauce. I also browned lightly and then baked them the rest of the way. Served these for Christmas breakfast and they were a big hit with the family.
