Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: May 5, 2008
This is really good and very easy. I always add about half of a cup more water than recommended. I throw this in before I go to work and when I come home it is ready to eat.

Honey Cornbread

Reviewed: May 5, 2008
It tasted really great. I agree that my family also thought it was a little more crumbly than they like but I liked it just fine.

Dijon Crusted Halibut

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2008
I loved this. My grocery store didn't have any halibut so I used salmon instead. Still turned out great. I will make again. Hopefully next time I will be able to get halibut!

This was a tasty recipe. I will make it again. It makes a ton of macaroni though!

Cinnamon Bread Delight

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2008
This recipe is very good. I made loaves for all my neighbors at Christmas and they loved it. I also made it for a Christmas brunch we had and it was a huge hit. I omitted the applesauce because I didn't have any...it was still very tasty.

Awesome Roast Beef

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
Very easy. My parents were coming over for dinner and I had to work all day. I put the roast in the crock pot with red potatoes and carrots and onion. I made it exactly how the reviewer tryittonight made it and it was excellent. The house smelled great and everyone loved it. Will make again.

I thought this was really good. My husband and I differ greatly on BBQ sauce. I like sweet he likes spicy so I mixed the two and added it in. It tasted really good. I will definitely make again. Very simple recipe.

Ranch Ham Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
These were great. They were so easy to make. I had a party with a lot of friends coming over so I made these the night before and cut them right before people started arriving. I have had multiple requests for the recipe. I added shredded cheese like a few other people mentioned and they turned out great. I will make these again.

Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2007
I don't care for cranberry sauce but I made this for my mom and my mother in law for Thanksgiving. They loved it. I actually followed the advice of some of the reviewers and added Grand Marinier. It must have been good because my mom took it home with her. Good recipe.

I liked this recipe because it has very few ingredients and goes together quickly and easily. I didn't add or change anything just served with rice. It was good.

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2007
Good recipe. Quick and easy. I didn't really measure out everything just added stuff and tasted which is how I usually cook. It turned out well. Could use a little less brown sugar. My husband is not a fan of sweet sauces. But it was a quick easy recipe and tasted fine.

Albino Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2007
This is a good starter recipe but it just needs to be spiced up. Like some of the reviews I read I also added a good amount of garlic 4 cloves (not small) and onion. I added the onion and garlic in with the chicken and olive oil and let it cook and then added everything to the pasta. I didn't measure anything just kept tasting it until it tasted good to me. Work with it and it turns out good.

Turkey in a Smoker

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2007
My husband and I tried this before we served it on Thanksgiving just to give the smoker a trial run. It turned out very good. We left it on the smoker a little longer than we should have so it was a little dry but not too bad. It is very flavorful and very easy to prep.

Garlic Penne Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2007
I think the black pepper and red pepper gave it too much of a bite. I added tomato sauce to the recipe so that it wouldn't be too bland with just garlic and pepper. It is a good starting point. Play with it some and you will get better results. Next time I am going to add chicken and cut out the red pepper.
