Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made these a total of 3 times so far. They came out the best when I followed the directions. When I added cream of tarter as per another review, they cookies didn't hold their shape well. I didn't like them with the white chocolate chips from Aldi. I find that I have to cook them for 14 minutes, otherwise they're not done.

Italian Sausage Soup

I LOVED the soup, the flavor was unique and excellent. I made some modifications - I used water and beef base instead of canned beef broth. Dry (soaked and cooked) beans, and home made stewed tomatoes. It took much longer this way, but the result was well worth it.

Basic Pasta

I made this basic pasta a few times. I usually double or triple the recipe to make it worth my while. The pasta is perfect as is. Thank you for a great recipe.
