Italian Sausage Soup
I LOVED the soup, the flavor was unique and excellent. I made some modifications - I used water and beef base instead of canned beef broth. Dry (soaked and cooked) beans, and home made stewed tomatoes. It took much longer this way, but the result was well worth it.
