Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
Love this recipe. I have made it often. I do not the add sugar and I use apple cider vinegar. I load the bottom of the pan with at leat 3 onions cut in slices. The cooked onions are wonderful with the pulled pork. Thanks for the recipe.

London Broil I

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
Great marinade. I followed suggestions from reviewers, added 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup each of soy sauce and worcestshire sauce. Previously cooking London Broil I would have leftovers. NOT ANY MORE. This recipe is fantastic. Thanks for posting.

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: May 3, 2010
I always pre-washed quinoa for 2 1/2 min. I have found the grain tastes better. I cooked the quinoa, (red and white) in beef broth, it is what I had. It came out hardy but needed something, so added turkey franks cut up and had spicy brown mustard on the side. The mustard made this recipe outstanding.

Three Bean Salad

This salad is great. I have it for lunch with a can of tuna mixed in it. I usually have tuna mixed in mayo this is a wonderful refreshing change.

Marinated Chops 'n' Onion

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2009
My husband really likes them and wants them again. So this is a keeper that is so easy to make. I marinated this overnite in a zip lock bag and I baked it in the oven at 350 degrees. The 4 thick chops went into a shallow baking pan covered in foil. It took 45 minutes to 1 hour to bake. I think I'll bake them at 375 next time they may cook faster. They did come out pale being baked. The chops were tender which was great but they were also a bit tart. This is what my husband liked about them. I cooked the marinate and red onion slices on the stove and I have to say they have a bit to them that cleans your palate. My mouth still feels fresh and tangy 4 hrs. after dinner.

Tasty Baked Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2009
This is the best meatball recipe ever. I did not have onion soup mix. I used instead one packet of the Good Seasons Italian All Natural Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix instead. These meatballs melt in your mouth. I had also added two slices of torn white bread soaked in milk squeezing the milk out of the bread then adding it to the meat mix. The meat was very moist and sticky so I had bowl of warm water to dip my hands to make the meatballs. Every other meatball recipe I tried was dry and had no taste this is wonderful. Full marks A++++. Thanks for posting this recipe.
