Strawberry Brownie Torte

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2009
Not a bad recipe. Make way too much filling, I used about half of it. Please chill the filling for at least 30 minutes. 5 minutes simply isn't long enough, it is still runny after just 5 minutes.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2008
A delicious salad for a picnic, gathering, or even a hectic day's dinner. Don't make the same mistake that I made....chop your cilantro into very small pieces. If you chop it like I did, every bite containing a piece of it, will be over powered by the cilantro taste.

Baked Potato Soup I

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2008
Awesome winter recipe! I love to make this with bread bowls. After I scoop out the insides of the bowls, I save it for the next day. After the soup has sit in the refridge for a night, it is a lot thicker, perfect for dipping with the remaining bread! yum!

Sausage Shepherds Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2008
Delicious and simple! It took about 45 minutes in my oven. I added some garlic salt and onion powder to spice things up a bit. Like another reviewer said, awesome for a midweek dinner. I will definitely make this again!

Basic Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2008
Awesome recipe! I made this one weekend night in for my very picky boyfriend and myself and we both loved it! In my past experiences with baked spaghetti, it has been dry and hard, but this one was great. Since it's only my boyfriend and myself, I used one and a half 10 oz jars of spaghetti sauce, 3/4 lb of noodles and added some onion in the meat for extra flavor. I also added motz cheese along with parmesan cheese and cheddar on top...turned out great and the very picky boyfriend said that I won't have to worry about leftovers!

Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
I kept reading that this bread was too crumbly, so, I took one of the posters advice and added an extra egg...bad idea. Although the bread was soft and warm on the outside, the middle couldn't cook all the way and left a doughy center. Next time, I will use 1/2 less flour instead of adding the extra egg.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2007
I made these into bars, like the recipe suggests, and was very disappointed in the outcome. The bars were far too soft and fell apart. I gave them a 3 because even though they fell apart, they still tasted great! Maybe some extra flour will help, I will experiment and let you know!
