Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2012
Very good! I especially think mixing the baking soda in hot water made a huge difference. I used shortening instead of butter.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: May 19, 2011
Love this soup and get raves review when I make it. Made some changes to make it easier to make. I used seasoned frozen hash browns for potatoes. I used ham boullion--that way I don't have to use as much meat. Change step 2 to directl pour the rest in the pot ; change all-purpose flour to gravy flour to avoild lumps.

Grilled Portabellas with Caramelized Onions and Avocados

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
Loved this recipe! My 12 year old said she now prefers this over a hamburger! We added mayo on the bun. She said she would like to add mozerella to hers next time. I like it as is.

Donna's Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2009
This bread is sinfully good! The only thing I changed was that I used walnuts instead. I had them on hand and they are good for you too! I froze them in slices for lunches. It tastes great when in it's cold/frozen state---give it a try.

These are more like a puffy cookie. I would not call them scones. So disappointed.
