Baked Teriyaki Chicken

I have made this OVER AND OVER again and it gets the most raving reviews of anything I make. I even tried to make it from memory early on and was off on measurements---but I could not ruin it! This is the best recipe, hands down.

Alfredo Sauce

I am not a big fan of alfredo, usually, but this is terrific!! My family devoured it!! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!! Way better than jar sauce!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Wow. Most certainly 5 star worthy. I will now retire my old banana bread recipe. I, too, substituted 1/3c oil and added about 2 handfuls of walnuts broken up. FABULOUS RECIPE---THANKS SO MUCH!!!

AWESOME recipe!! Perfect cookies. I think I threw in a bit much almond extract but that was ok by me. I LOVED it. I read reviews saying these were very bland but mine were NOT!! LOVED these cookies!!

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

This is AWESOME!! I have been given cashew brittle for xmas as a gift but NEVER imagined how easy it is to make. This recipe is great!! The first time through was a good practice and I perfected it by try #2. I have made this maybe 6 times in 2 days. This is FANTASTIC!!! PERFECT results!! I have a powerful microwave and cooked it for 6 minutes---stirred and added ingredients and then cooked for 2 min 10 seconds more. PERFECT!! WORK QUICKLY after second heating as it cools and hardens amazingly quickly. THANKS for the recipe!!

Candy Coated Pecans

SUPERB!! I added probably 1tsp cinnamon; doubled the recipe. Cooked at 300 for 15 min, stirred, 15 more minutes, stirred more and then cooked another 8 minutes. I was disappointed when I first tried them a little bit warm and they were a little mushy. I let them cool completely and they were PERFECT!! Don't be fooled by them until they are totally cooled. THESE ARE AWESOME!! THANKS for the recipe!!

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Wow. Unbelievably fantastic. I am not much of a cook but felt like giving it a go. We just returned from a 10 day cruise where the food was GREAT---everyone agreed that this was better than anything we ate on the ship. Also the best meal I ever made. I realized I didn't have thyme when I needed it so I used rosemary and it was fabulous, too. I already passed this recipe on to family to have them try it. THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS RECIPE!!!

Summer Pasta Salad I
