Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
This is a Great Marinade Recipe and can only be improved by keeping "Gourmet Garden crushed herbs" on hand You get them in the produce section and they come in tubes. They freeze great and then you can add fresh ground ginger, lemon grass, garlic, and chili pepper to the marinade in a matter of a minute and be done with fresh tasting goodness being the reward!! Yumm

London Broil I
This recipe is a great starting place!! I doubled the amount of garlic and followed anothers reviewers advice by adding some balsalmic vinegar and halfing the soy sauce with worchestires sauce. This was wonderfull!! And simple!

Tortellini Soup I
WOW, WOW, WOW Never before has a recipe been so complete and adjustable at the same time!! This was great because you can follow the recipe or you can tweek it to fit your pantry/fridge and still get great results everytime!! I added celery and 1 red bell and 1 green instead of 2 greens. I used a bit of Prego chunky garden combo sauce and a can of tomato paste in place of the tomatoe sauce and added a bit more spice since I used italian turkey rather then pork and the results were amazing. I ate it for breakfast and dinner the next day. I just couldn't get enough!!! Many Thanks!!!
