Seafood Cioppino

Yummy! The best. I LOVED it and so did all my guests. This is the best cioppino. The sauce is fabulous. Costco had a 2.5 lb. bag of prawns, calamari, mussels and scallops and I put the whole bag in. I also made the sauce a day ahead. It made for a wonderful party. All I had to do was heat up the sauce, put the fish in, cover it and wait a few minutes to serve. It made a meal for 8 people. EVERYONE loved it. A real hit!

Cioppino

This is the best cioppino I have ever had and I have ordered cioppino a lot. The sauce was fabulous. I made the sauce a day ahead. At the dinner party I just had to heat the sauce up and throw in all the fish. Everyone loved it. In fact, no one talked for about 5 minutes, they were loving the cioppino so much. This is a real hit.

Eggplant with Garlic Sauce

Best Ever Pie Crust

I loved this recipe as it was so easy. I am not a baker so I wanted it short, fast and simple. The first time I made it, I was making a vegetable pie and it came out perfect. The next time I was making a more savory pie and I split the shortening in half and the other half was with unsalted butter and it came out yummy. You can't go wrong with this winner.

Santiago's Stuffed Squid

I went to Barcelona area, meeting 38 of my friends, (We were from England, USA, Germany, Spain and Canada.) and had to make a dinner. I chose this one and it was a complete hit. We had it on pasta for the dinner. Some people put it on bread. You could also put it on rice. It was so tasty and flavorful. The next day we have a little leftover and I put it in a dish, crumbled some bread and cheese and sprinkled it on the top and served it on toasted garlic bread. Another hit. This is so easy, versatile and tasty. A real winner!
