Since I was in diapers (well, almost), I've enjoyed cooking for the family. I enjoy baking, cooking Vietnamese dishes, Italian and... well, just about anything else.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Christmas Eve, my family cooks an elaborate Vietnamese dinner, with spring rolls, fried rice, crab rangoon (though it's not truly Asian-authentic, seasoned pork meat "bones," and more. We then follow with opening gifts and proceed to a truly traditional American Christmas the following day.
My cooking triumphs
Mastering Vietnamese food is always a feat, but I'm continually perfecting the art of bread making. I also like to branch out with NEW recipes all the time. Got a suggestion? Send it my way!
