Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Wonderful pie! I ended up stirring the butter/sugar mixture in with the fruit rather than pooring it over the crust (I was afraid it might burn since my oven can be difficult). Also added cranberries and 2 pears to the apple...YUM!

Zucchini Brownies
AMAZING brownies!!! These are so moist & the frosting is not too sweet. It will be hard to eat brownies from a box after this!

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops
Wonderful recipe!!! Great flavor and very moist! I'm not sure why, but the water never really evaporated for me (I checked...and I did add the correct amount). Regardless, they still turned out great - maybe next time I won't put the full amount of water in.
