Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2011
Best cookie period...and I'm not a big Reeses fan. First time I baked them with butter on muffin paper on a cookie sheet they can out perfect. Next time I used half butter & half Smart Balance (trying to be healthy) & placed them in a muffin pan. They took way too long to bake, and were so bad I had to toss them. Just stick to the recipe. They are fantastic!!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2011
I was looking for an eggless recipe since we didn't have any eggs. I used 1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (had no quick oats either) & a little extra water. They still turned out GREAT. We all went for seconds.

Tzatziki I

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
This is the tzatziki recipe I always use. However, I use 1 teaspoon salt (1 tble must be a misprint), 2 tble vinegar, & 2 large garlic cloves. You've got to change it to your liking just like with every recipe.

Great recipe! I prefer to serve this heated though. I've never been a fan of cold pasta.

Spinach and Rice (Spanakorizo)

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2011
Very sorry, but I believe this recipe is overrated. It was very bland. It would have needed a lot of feta & lemon for it to taste better. Also took way to long to make.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
This is a GREAT recipe that I've used many times. It's quick and easy. Although, I do cook them less then 10 mins. because it like them more firm. It's a PERFECT dish with the broiled talapia parmasan on this site.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
One of my favorite fish recipes. It is SO quick and simple. It's perfect with the sauteed garlic asparagus on this site. This meal tastes like something you'd get at a fancy restaurant and they both take a VERY short time.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2007
FANTASTIC recipe!! I made the mistake in adding 1/2 tsp. salt because of the reviews. I think this recipe doesn't need any added salt as long as you use salted butter. If you choose to make sure it's no more than 1/4 tsp.
