Eclairs II
This is the best recipe ever! I have been making it for several years and am always asked to make these for parties. I follow the recipe exactly as directed, except I make them into cream puffs using a pastry bag to create the puffs. The favorite part for most people seems to be the filling. It's perfect - not too light and not too heavy. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe! I wouldn't change a thing about it.

Premium Pizza Crust
This is an excellent crust! The texture is perfect. I have tried many other highly rated crust recipes on here, and this by far exceeds any other. I used the sponge rise method, and although it does take some time, it is well worth it. I followed the prep directions exactly as directed, but I did add some Rosemary, garlic and basil to the mix during the second step. Thank you for sharing this recipe - it will now be my staple pizza crust!

Oyster Stew
This was a great recipe. I diced one russet potatoe, which I simmered in water for about 3 minutes before cooking it in the celery, shallot and butter mix. The other things I added were a few bay leaves, pinch of parsley, and a splash of fresh lemon juice. It was wonderful! I loved this recipe - thank you. When I cook this again, I think I will add maybe 1/4 cup of dry white wine, and some other seafood like scallops and lobster.
