Cinnamon Bun Icing

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Delicious. I've never made Latkes before and I was surprised at how easy it was. Instead of cooking them in vegetable oil, I sprayed my waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray and spooned on the mixture. It only took about 5 minutes per batch. A nice side dish to any meal.

Blueberry Flavored Waffles

this was a wonderful recipie that he whole family loved. We used mixed berry yogurt instead of blueberry yogurt and our blueberries were dried. I found that I liked these more without topping of any kind than I did with topping. Although I enjoyed putting coolwhip on them. Even the fussy 3 year old managed a meal with us instead of at random snack times. I said it before I will say it again, this recipie is AMAZING!

Sweet Egg Jelly

this was a fantastic recipie. I tried it out and the kids loved it. It was a bit to sugary for my tastes but kids apperently don't notice those kinds of things and even love the added sugar. This is an amazing recipie to share with younger family and kids and most sugar disliking parents can at least suffer through it. It is somewhat an aquired taste so don't knock it after the first bite. What I have heard suggested most though is a bit less sugar.

Happy Soup

This Happy Soup made my all my picky eaters happy! I was looking for a tortellini soup recipe that didn't have tomatoes or mushrooms per my picky eaters. This one was perfect. I didn't have kidney beans so I used red beans. The red pepper flakes gave it a kick. Loved it.

Rich Chocolate Cream Bars

a delicious and very rich desert good without the nuts and the coconut sets the whole thing off just right the surface of ours easily cracked and added a nice look unfortunatly i wasn`t abble to snap a picture before it was devoured, but it was amazing thanks for the recipie.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

This was my first attempt at fondant. It turned out great. At first I put too little powdered sugar in because I didn't want it to get too stiff and crack. When I rolled it out it was falling apart - so I simply kneaded in powdered sugar until I could roll it out smoothly. This was much easier than I thought it might be and so much fun. I'll make this again.

Delicious, easy to make, looks beautiful. I used 1 Tbs of fast rising yeast, and heated the one cup of water in the microwave for 30 sec.

Vanilla Crepes

I've tried crepe recipes before without success. These, however, turned out perfect. They tasted great and looked so beautiful. Cooking them on low heat for only 30 seconds helped. We topped these crepes with vanilla pudding and blueberries.

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese

Think broccoli cheese soup and substitute noodles for the broccoli then bake. Not enough flavor for me. I didn't use American cheese, instead I used part mozzarella and part cheddar.

Double Quick Dinner Rolls

Dipped in butter and put in casserole dish. I used garlic powder instead of onion powder. If I make these again, I'll omit the powder (garlic or onion) altogether. The dough was too gooey; I added another 1/2 cup flour to get to the right consistency.

Ground Turkey Casserole

Loved it! The cream cheese and sour cream combine nicely and this does have a lasagna type flavor to it. I didn't have egg noodles so I used radiatore instead. Turned out great.

THE Pasta Salad

This pasta salad wasn't my favorite. It was good, but I've had better. If I make it again, I would add pickle relish and pimentos. I tried doubling the dressing, but it was still dry.
