Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

As with others, I was skeptical about using root beer to make this. I am so HAPPY that I did. This is AMAZING!!!I can't believe how the pork just falls apart, and it melts in your mouth. Unbelievable!! This is my go to recipe from now on. I baked it in a covered roasting pan, with the root beer 1/2 way up. I can't wait to get my favorite BBQ sauce in it.

Amish White Bread

If I could give this recipe more stars, I certainly would!! I was intimidated to make bread, but this one is so easy to work with and actually quite fun :)As other posts stated, it did time extra time to rise. After reading the comments on this recipe, I did lower the sugar, I also only put in 1/4 cup, I will go even lower next time. This bread is AWESOME!! I also used olive oil, and I greased my bread pans with butter. I will NOT change anything else about this recipe. Thank you for sharing.

Vegetable Chinese Fried Rice

This recipe is pure perfection. Do not leave out the sesame oil, or oyster sauce, those 2 items are what make this recipe AMAZING!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

If you are craving pizza, don't waste your money on frozen pizza when this crust is so fast to make. I don't change a thing is this one. I whip it up fast in the food processor.

Apple Crisp II

This crisp was AWESOME! I see why the recipe has 1/2 cup water, as the crisp bakes, the apples get really tender. The only thing I would do different next time is cut back on the white sugar to 1/2 cup.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

These muffins are incredible, I made 2 different sizes and the larger ones went before the smaller ones. Everytime I looked up, another one was missing....LOL oh yeah, I am a cook at a deli and I am looking for new recipes all the time. This one is a KEEPER.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These muffins were "good" as written, but they needed some spice. I added 2 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp fresh grated nutmeg, now THAT is what they are missing. I just took these out of the oven and a customer wanted it before I could even get them out of the pan to cool. Another GREAT recipe.....thank you

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

I am a cook at a very nice sit down deli, and I made these the other day. One of my co-workers hates zucchini, and I asked her to try these, she couldn't believe there was zucchini in them. I give these 5 stars, because when customers walk in the door I love to watch their expressions when they smell something yummy in the oven.

Sour Cream Macaroni Salad

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

This cornbread is the BEST. It even deserves MORE than 5 stars. My family loves this, and they love it even more when I underbake it for a bit, and the middle is still "gooey" we have this at least once a week, and there are NEVER any leftovers for lunch the next day.
