I loved this recipe--with a certain number of changes that I picked out from reading the numerous reviews. I like spice in my food, so I smothered my chicken in a combination of poultry seasoning, cumin,and a spicy custom blend. I used two cans of HEALTHY CHOICE condensed cream of chicken, light butter, and a sweet onion. Then I covered the mixture with chicken broth and let it all cook. At 90 minutes before serving, I shredded the chicken and then added one 16.5 oz can of (torn up) Grands Biscuit Dough. I think it was the perfect amount. I sprinkled paprika on the top. I know that many people incorporated vegetables in this recipe, but that is not traditional. Why not just serve veggies on the side?? Bottom line; true comfort food for a chilly fall night!
